 The simple answer is there isn’t an absolutely-positively-without-a-doubt best diet for every person to follow that will work every single time without fail. The best coaches know that a single nutrition philosophy simply can’t work for everyone. Instead, they’ll take the time to sit down with you and figure out a plan that works with your personal needs and lifestyle. That way, we can help you form good food habits that can help you be healthier for the rest of your life – not just until your next diet ends.

Habit-based coaching works better and is more sustainable in the long-term than diet-based coaching. Long-term nutrition habits always beat diet plans and “rules.” When we meet with you, we’ll create a nutrition plan that takes your entire lifestyle into account, including:

When we’re more aware of what we’re eating, choose quality foods, and eliminate nutrient deficiencies, we almost always end up eating less total food. We lose fat, gain lean muscle, and perform better. Food awareness can help us reduce our calorie intake without having to actually count calories – it will happen naturally!

Promote Regular Exercise

When people start paying attention to their eating, they usually start thinking about physical activity too. When a person exercises regularly, with a mix of high- and low-intensity activity, they dramatically improve their ability to turn the food they eat into functional tissue (instead of extra fat).
